- R% Pop the popcorn and set aside.
- R% Combine the syrup, sugar, water, and vinegar in a saucepan.
- R% Bring to a boil and add the cream of tartar. Boil to a soft
- R%crack stage (this is when it will form a hair like strand when you
- R%lift some up on a spoon).
- R% Remove from the heat and add the margarine, baking soda, and
- R%vanilla. Stir.
- R% Quickly pour over the popcorn and stir.
- R% Form into balls by scooping up a handful inside some wax
- R%paper and pressing together. CAUTION this can be HOT--BE CAREFUL!
